Best commercial ever!

 

 We are in the design and advertising business and we love commercials.  This new Pepsi commercial is one of the best commercials we've seen in a while, this one kicks ass!!!  Check it out and get ready to see some fun and semi friendly battles with the two big boys of sodas.  Pepsi vs Coke..ROUND 1

World Class

We've had the great pleasure of working with the guys at World Class Clothing Co. Their positive attitude and vision is definitely welcome here. We've been working closely with them and we can say that they will be making a statement in the apparel industry and MMA world. Check this mean eagle out for the 'Soar' tee.

Royal Ink -- Custom Writing

Custom writing for clothing companies is essential.  If you are starting your own line then it's a must for people to get familiar with your name and to see it in new and unique ways.  There are many designers out there and most of them are using the same fonts, if you are looking for a kick ass name branded tee then you are going to have to step out of the box and get creative with the letters.  Here is a piece we recently did for the great guys at Turmoil Nation.

 

1. Sketch out the writing.

 

2. Once we scanned our drawing to Photoshop we use the pen tool and start tracing. 

 

3. We adjust our writing by adding 2 parallel lines that flow with the T and then we manipulate our 'sketch' layer to make sure our letters are aligned perfectly...or use a ruler :)

 

4. Finish up all the letters using the pen tool.

 

5. Here we simply changed the color and added a drop shadow. 

 

6. Once you have all the elements in place you can rearrange them as you see fit.  We move nation to the bottom and since those tribal lines came out so sick we decided to make them bigger and bolder!

Apaprel design for Xzibit

This is a design we did specifically for Xzibit as he was getting ready for a world wide tour.  We had lots of fun doing this, we met with him at his Palms hotel suite here in Las Vegas, NV and he took the time to show us a sneak preview of one of his music videos! The design business is great!!!

Osama Bin SHOTTEN!

We've been staying busy and we were definitely expecting a request for an Osama Tee!  These are some cool Osama designs we did for one of our great clients.

Japan Depends on Me 2011

We had the great pleasure of working with the guys over at Sin City Car Scene for this Japan Relief event they successfully manage to put together.  Lots of people where proudly walking around with their JDM tees, 100% of the sale of this shirt goes to the Red Cross Japan so it was great to see so many people being so supportive.  We had a blast creating this simple, but effective design.

Apparel design -- Overall Printing

This is another one of our overall apparel designs.  As always, we start with paper and pencil and then open up a can of wup ass with a really big Wacom Tablet!  We take a lot of pride in our designs and it's a great feeling to see them printed the right way.  Anyone can start a clothing company, but not many take the extra step to invest in a custom design and then get that design printed the way the artist intended it to.  This is one of our favorite design printed by the great crew at HB Apparel!

Happy Farmers and happy client!

We had a blast with this project! Besides the typical business cards, postcards, and brochures that we designed and printed for the great guys at Happy Farmers, we also took it to another level and covered their store front with their custom die cut logo, store hours and covered their bottom and top windows with perforated window films.  To top it all off (and we must say that this is a first for us), we printed and custom cut their kick ass, life-size character proudly name "Bud". We then cut a hole on the face, created a custom stand for this gigantic piece of work and called it a day!

MMA Army shirt encounter!!!

I was at the gym last night and saw this random guy wearing a shirt that we designed for one of our awesome clients.  He said he purchased it in South Carolina and I managed to find him right in front of me!  It is a great feeling to see one of our designs out there...check it out!!!

We had  a lot of fun designing this shirt!  It came out great...check it out! No stock photos, no clip arts, no shortcuts!

Marines Tee Design

We had the awesome pleasure of designing this kick ass over-all design for the Marines.  The final print came out just like we wanted it to.  The foiling on the text adds that extra special touch to this great looking shirt!

No Clip Art Allowed!!!

No clip arts at Royal Ink! This is what being a design studio is all about. We recently finished designing these awesome looking music notes with watercolors and the sick ass crown with the really cool Millennium pens (.005 tips come in handy). We'll be posting the final shirt design soon...

 

Package design project

Got Spice is another great company we've been working with for the past few months.  We designed all their packages and they turned out looking great.  Here are some images of the designs in the final template prior to the folding and cutting.

We have been busy!!!

We've been sidetracked and extra busy and somehow we've managed to find no time to post new things here.  I guess that's a good thing, but we will make sure to keep this fresh and up to date!  We'll be posting a bunch of things to compensate for the lack of posts in the past few months.

The Alchemist Shirt Design

Came up with the idea for this shirt after reading "The Alchemist" and finding out what the hell it meant!!!

Alchemy, derived from the Arabic word al-kimia (الكيمياء), is both a philosophy and an ancient practice focused on the attempt to change base metals into GOLD!
This is one coolest tribal shirt designs we've done! This shirt was printed using sublimation printing. Check it out!!!
